About Our GENIAWPC Products

GENIAWPC Production Process:


The production process of WPC products consists of mixing system, extrusion system, cooling system, cutting system and calibration system.


GENIAWPC product composition:


◆ Nearly 60%  bamboo/wood fibers


◆ Nearly 30% High Density Polyethylene (recycled plastic)


◆ Nearly 10% chemical additives (such as antioxidants, colorants, coupling  agents, stabilizers, blowing agents, reinforcing agents, lubricants, etc.)


All our raw materials do not contain harmful chemicals and preservatives, and the recycled plastics added are only  polyethylene.


Note: For the production of different types of products, the above-mentioned ingredient ratios will be slightly adjusted.
